Tasting Experience - Saint Martin's 11 November

Hotel Faro partnered with Quinta dos Vales to create a unique gastronomic
experience for a different Saint Martin's day...

Menu:
Chestnut cream with fresh cream heart
Cherry Chicken with chestnuts and herbs
Sauté of chestnuts and red fruits with "jeropiga, honney and sweet herb

Dessert:
Roasted chestnuts and "água pé"

Quinta dos Vales will supply the wines throughout lunch.
